የህፃንነት ፖለቲካ

ላለፉ 50 ዓመታት፤ ከደርግ አቢዮት ጀምሮ የኢትዮጵያ ብሄርተኝነት ጎራው በህፃንነት የፖለቲካ አስትሳሰብ ተለክፏል። ተመልከቱ...

በአንድ በኩል ኃይል ያለው የጎሰኛ ጎራ አለ። ኃይል ማለት ኃይለ ቃል አይደለም አንዳንዶች ሁለቱ አንድ ይመስላቸዋልና። «ከተሳደብኩኝ ተሟገትኩኝ» ብሎ የሚያስብ አለ እንጂ። ኃይል ማለት ጎሰኛው በየ መንግስት መዋቅሩ ተሰግስጓል። ገንዘብ አለው። ሚዲያ አለው። መዋቅሮች አለው። ጦር አለው። አካላዊ እና ንብረታዊ ጉዳት ሊያደርስ ይችላል። ፍላጎቱን በተለያየ መንገዶች ሊያስፈጽም ይችላል። መንግስት ውስጥ የተሰገሰገው በዛ አቅሙ ይጠቀማል። ጦር ያለው በሱ ይጠቀማል። ሚዲያው እንዲሁ። «ኃይል» ማለት ይህ ነው። ጎሰኛው ተጨባጭ (tangible) ኃይል አለው።

የኢትዮጵያ ብሄርተኛ ወይን አንድነት ጎራው ይህ ነው የሚባል ተጨባጭ ኃይል የለውም። መንግስት መስሪያቤት ውስጥ ያለው ቁጥሩ ትንሽ ነው መንግስት የኢህአዴግ ስለሆነ። ጦር የለውም። ሚዲያው ደካማ ነው። ምንም መዋቅር የለውም። ገና እየተደራጁ ያሉ እነ ግንቦት 7 እና ባልደራስ ነው ያሉት። ሌላ ነገር የለም። ሰለዚህ ይህ ጎራ ፍላጎቱን ለማስፈጸም አቅም የለውም። የራሱን መከላከልም አቅም የለውም። መዋቅር እና ኔትወርክ አልዘረጋም። ከሞላ ጎደል ኃይሉ እጅግ አነስተኛ ነው። አልፎ ተርፎ ይህ ጎራ ዋናው hobbyው እርስ በርስ መጠላለፍ እና መጣላት ነው።

ይህ እንደሆን እነ ጠ/ሚ ዓቢይ የሚፈሩት ማንን ነው፤ ጎሰኛውን ነው የኢትዮጵያ ብሄርተኛው? ጎሰኛውን ነው። ገጀራን ዝም ብለው ባልደራስን የሚተቹት ለምንድነው? ባለ ገጀራው ኃይል አለው ባልደራስ የለውም። ግልጽ ነው።

በዚህ ሁኔታ ጠ/ሚ ዓቢይ ላይ መውረድ ምን ዋጋ አለው?! ቢፈልግም ገጀራውን ዝም ብሎ መደምሰስ አይችልም። በዘዴ መሆን አለበት፤ ጊዜ ይፈጃል። እያሳሳቀ ነው ሊያጠፋው የሚችለው። አንዳንዶች እንደሚሉት ከባለ ገጀሮቹ አንዱ ከሆነ ጠ/ሚ ዓቢይ መነጫነጫችን ዋጋ የለውም ማለት ነው።

መፍትሄው አንድ ብቸኛው ነው፤ የአንድነት ኃይሉ «ኃይል» ማጠራቀም አለበት። ከባለ ገጀራው እጥፍ ኃይል ከሌላው ዋጋ የለውም። ይህን ኃይል እስኪያጠራቅም ደግሞ ወደ ጸብ መግባት የለበትም፤ ይህ ቀላል የፖለቲካ ስልት ነው። አንገት ደፍቶ ሁሉንም እንደ አጋር አስመስሎ የኃይል ማጠራቅም ስራውን መስራት አለበት። እንጂ ገና ምንም ኃይል ሳይኖረው ሌሎችን አምበረግጋለሁ ማለት እራስን መጥለፍ ማለት ነው።

ስለዚህ ጠ/ሚ ዓቢይ ላይ የምትወርዱበት፤ ጩሀታችሁ ዋጋ የልውም፤ ጭራሽ ዋጋ ያስከፍላል። እኛ የኢትዮጵያ ብሄርተኞች ተጨባጭ ኃይል እስኪኖረን እሱ ላይ መጮህ፤ እርስ በርስ ጸጉር መሰንጠቅ ዋጋ የለውም። መጀመርያ ተደራጅተን መዋቅሮች እና ኔትዎርኮች ዘርግተን ከዛ ብኋላ ወደ ሙግት።

(ለምን «ባለ ገጀራ» የሚለውን አሉታዊ አነጋገር ተጠቀምኩኝ? የዚህ ጽሁፍ audience የጎሳ ብሄርተኞች ላይ ኃይለ ቃል የሚጠቀሙ የአንድነት ሰዎች ናቸው። ለአንባቢው የሚመች ቃላቶችን ተጠቀምኩኝ። እነ ለማ መገርሳ ለርዥም ዓመታት «ኦነግ በሽፋን» የሆነውን የኦህዴድ ካድሬዎችን ሲያነጋግሩም እንዲሁ ብትረዷቸው ጥሩ ይመስለኛል።)

The Blame Game Does Not Work

Along the way, some of our politicians, intellectuals, and commentators seem to have latched on to the silly idea that with enough negative commentary, they can mobilize a political force to fulfill their aims! "If we criticize Abiy enough, we'll get people to take action against him or he'll be forced to change,", they say.

Well, we have seen over 27 at least that this patently does not work. There was ample propaganda against the TPLF, and yet it was not because of this propaganda that people resisted and revolted. They resisted mainly for one reason - Tigray/TPLF favouritism that they experienced and perceived in their everyday lives. Note, that they experienced and perceived in their everyday lives, not what they were told by opposition media and politicians. Every protest, voiced and silent, was against this 'Tigrean domination'.

When the 'great change' came about, the change agents were not opposition politicians or media, but from within the EPRDF. This amply illustrates how weak the Ethiopian nationalist opposition was (and is). Even after 27 years, it had not mobilized into a powerful enough force to become the main change agent.

One of the reasons for this was the silly strategy of focusing entirely on the 'blame game' on negative propaganda about the TPLF, and completely neglecting the necessary task of mobilizing a powerful Ethiopian nationalist party and/or civic organization. This resulted in no one working on the task of mobilization, an extremely difficult task at that, and no results.

Unfortunately, even today, most of our politicians and commentators are stuck in this same old mentality of focusing on others, this time Prime Minister Abiy, the ODP, OLF, NAMA, etc. Yes, some of our intellectual class have come to understand that we have to focus on our own agency, but these are still few and far between. But this cannot continue like this. Things must change. A powerful, well-funded, and mature Ethiopian nationalist organization is a sine qua non for the survival of the nation, and as such deserves our full attention. Politicians, intellectuals, and commentators, I urge you to stop the blame game; I urge to stop blaming everything on 'others'; and I urge you to dedicate yourselves fully to the task of mobilizing Ethiopian nationalism.

በረከት ስመዖን፤ የድክመታችን መለክያ

ሃብታሙ አያሌው እንዳለው ፍትህ መታየቱ ጥሩ ነው። ሆኖም ለበረከትም፤ ለቤተሰቦቹም፤ ለኢትዮጵያም አዝናለሁ።

እንደ ኢትዮጵያዊ አፍራለሁ። እንደ ሀገር እንደ በረከት፤ ታደሰ፤ አዲሱ፤ መለስ ወዘተ አይነት አስተሳሰብ ያላቸውን ሰዎችን ማፍራታችን ያሳፍራል። መቶ እጥፍ የሚያሳፍረው ግን እንደዚህ አይነት አስተሳሰብ ያላቸው ሰዎችን መሪዎቻችን እንዲሆኑ መፍቀዳችን ነው።

ሌላ ላይ መፍረድ ቀላል ነው ግን ልክ አይደለም አዋጪም አይደለም። ሃላፊነት የወሰደ ብቻ ነው ህይወቱን በትክክል መምራት የሚችለው። እኛም እንደ ኢትዮጵያዊያን በነ በረከት መኖር እና ስልጣን መያዝ ሃላፊነት መውሰድ አለብን። በተለይም የፖለቲካ መደባችን ከጃንሆይ ዘመን ጀምሮ ያደረግነው ተደጋጋሚ ጥፋቶችን አይተን፤ አምነን፤ ህፍረታችንን አምነን፤ ተቀብለን፤ ንስሃ መግባት አለብን።
